Start with fists in front of waist at middle, thumbs near each other. Move hands around waist to back, as though holding the cords of apron, to tie behind back.
Raise fist to ear, palm facing forward and pointer finger hooked. Move back over the ear, bending hand back at wrist. As if tracing the over the ear type of hearing aid.
With thumb raise, palm facing body, and fingers bent towards body so that fingertips touch chest; slide fingertips down body in a large arc to below waist, so that palm ends facing upwards. May also be done with 2 hands.
