Definition

Supports like sticks or frame which you lean on in order to help you to walk when you have injured your foot, leg or are unstable on your feet.

Performance

With hand in a loose fist, starting down to side of thigh, knuckles down, elbow out a bit; lift arm up and forward, tilting fist forward slightly at top position.

Like holding the walker or crutches and stepping forward with them.
