Start with hand in front of eyes, middle and pointer fingers touching thumb, and palm facing face. Bring hand outwards and straighten pointer and middle fingers upwards.
Start with both hands spread, palms towards body, one hand with fingertips on chin the other just in front of shoulder. Flip both hands around so palms face forward in front of chest.
Hold palm upwards in front of chest. Extend pointer and middle fingers of other hand and bring hand down and forwards in an arc so that fingertips brush across palm and end tilted so that palm points slightly forward.
