Performance

With fingers spread apart, pointing sideways and hand in front of chest (palm facing chest) move hand upwards towards chin then forward under mouth, flipping hand around so that hand ends in front and slightly below mouth with palm upwards. Often opening mouth as hand curves under chin.

Hint

As if your hand follows the path of the vomit and catches it on exit.
