Start with both hands in fists with thumbs extended upwards, in front of chest. Have one hand palm sideways and only a short distance in front of body; and the hand in front of first with palm towards body with the middle sections of fingers resting against knuckles of other hand. Simultaneously move back hand backwards in a small arc towards chest and front hand forward in a very large arc so that hand ends at full arm reach forward with palm sideways and knuckles forward.
