Performance

Hold one hand a reasonable distance in front of waist with palm sideways and fingers and thumb both bent forward in a sideways 'U' shape. Your other hand moves from up near armpit with fingers, but not thumb, bent forward; down and forward so that fingertips pass through the 'U' of your other hand. Then bring 'U' hand back and up towards arm pit and turn bent hand around so that palm faces backwards and bring hand up and back so fingers again go through 'U' this time from the front back.
