Hold one hand flat, fingers pointing upwards in front of side, palm facing opposite side. Start with other hand in front of palm; pointer finger upwards and middle finger pointing forward, thumb tip into the gap between pointer and middle fingers; all other fingers in a fist. Move this hand up and over flat hand so that it end behind hand.
