Performance
Start with hands flat, palms towards your body, one hand pointing downwards at waist the other pointing forward at armpit height. Simultaneously move top hand and forearm downwards towards waist, and bottom arm upwards. Repeat the action two or three times.
Note
Movement simulates arms moving forward and back in an arc at sides while running. Also used to signify sprinting.
