Start with both hands flat, palms facing each other, but one hand higher than the other. Move higher hand down and lower hand upwards, twisting hands so that the end palms facing outwards and fingers spread. Then, with pointer and thumb forming a C shape from fist move hand down at side of body.


Part 2 can be replaced with "man" or woman" to signify gender.
