Searching for Hammers
With hand in a loose fist, knuckles forward, tap fist forward twice.
Cup hands together in a ball, one on top of the other, slightly to one side of chest. Then move hands to other side, swapping top hand over to be bottom hand.
With thumb and little fingers extended outwards from fist, palm towards chest; move hand upwards so knuckles tap the underside of chin.
With hand flat, fingers pointing upwards and slightly backwards, and just in front of chin; move hand forward twice in short sharp movements.

Slide fingers of flat hand down your other hand, with thumb curved around hand, ending on palm.
First Move flat hands in front of chest in small circles, as through swimming, then slide flat hands up body from waist.
