With fingers on both hands bend at right angles from hands, palms facing each other, fingers a small distance apart; move both hands downwards simultaneously, twice.
With both hands flat and held in front of sides, fingers pointing upwards and thumbs pointing towards opposite hand; move hands in small outwards circles.
Extend little finger and thumb upwards from fists of both hands with palms facing ears. Move hands simultaneously and backwards a small amount a few times. Can also be done one handed.
Starting with fingers bunched to thumb on both hands and fingertips near either side of chin; move hands forward and spread fingers out so that they are pointing forwards and upwards and palms are forward.
