FAQ's are divided into the following sections:

Subscribing

Sign Images with and without watermark Q: What changes if I subscribe?
When you subscribe and login, the watermarking over the sign images will disappear, ads will disappear, full sign details are available, and most importantly, you will have unrestricted access to the worksheet generators (Teachers and Trainers section only for Teacher & Trainer Subscribers).

Logging In

Q: Is the login case sensitive?
Your password is case sensitive (capitals must be capitals, lower case is lower case). You must type it exactly as it was set.
If you login with your product code - it is not case sensitive, and should not matter whether the hypens ("-") are included or not. It is probably best to stick with what is on your certificate though.
If you have set your own login name, it will be case sensitive.

Q: How do I change my account details? Can I setup a login that's easier to remember or do I have to use the Product Key? You can setup your own login name or update your details at any time.
  • Log in to your subscription
  • In the top right corner of the main screen click the link to "My Profile"
  • In the top right of the "My Profile" page, click the link "Change your account details"
  • Enter your new details and click "Save Update"
  • If you set a Login name, it must be at least 8 characters
  • If you don't want to save, just click one of the links to where you want to go, or use your browser's back button
Q: I log in, but when I go to do something, the site says I'm not logged in. What can I do?
If you are logged in, the "log out" button Log out button will appear in the top center of the main screen. Note that this does not apply to Site Licenses.
It may be that your computer is not allowing the site to store a "cookie" on your computer. All the cookie does is hold a number that tells the server your "session" number. The server than remembers things such as your login details, in it's session.

1.

  • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options
Selecting Internet Options

2.

  • Select the "Security" tab
  • Click the green tick marked "Trusted Sites"
  • Click the button marked "Sites"
Selecting Security Options

3.

  • Under "Add this website to the zone", the address (http://www.signplanet.net/) will be automatically filled in.
  • Click the "Add" button. The address should then appear in the box "Websites"
  • It is becoming increasing necessary to add http://www.signplanet2.net as well
  • You may need to uncheck the box "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone", or it may not allow you to do this.
  • Click "Close", then "OK" on the Internet Options window, then try logging in again
If you continue to have problems logging in, you may have a firewall blocking you. You may need to look at this yourself, contact your IT support personnel (if available), or call our technical support on 1800-245-297 (Australia) or +61 2 4403 0352 (International).
